Services we provide

  • Hand therapy is the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of a wide variety of conditions that specifically affect our elbow, forearm, wrist, thumb, hand and fingers.

    At Mahurangi Physio & Hand Therapy we are registered physiotherapists who have undertaken intensive post-graduate study in order to be able to specialise in managing conditions of the upper limb.

    • Fitting of off-the-shelf splints

    • Manual therapy

    • Management of pain and desensitisation

    • Sensory testing and retraining
